City Health Cluster
The City Health Cluster is a group of eight GP practices that work in partnership with community nursing, dentists, opticians, community pharmacists the voluntary sector and the local authority.
Together the Cluster provides care for around 50,654 people in the south east and central areas of Swansea.
It consists of eight GP practices: Brunswick Health Centre, Greenhill Medical Centre, Abertawe Medical Partnership, Kingsway Surgery, Mountain View Health Centre, Nicholl Street Medical Centre, SA1 Medical Centre and The Harbourside Health Centre.
The Cluster lead is Dr Ceri Todd.
