We have created these patient journeys to give you an idea of the various professionals and appointments you will receive along your journey with the cleft team. We appreciate that everyone’s journey with our team will be unique and hope that these will provide some guidance so that you know what to expect at various ages. There is a different patient journey for each cleft type. Please select the one which matches you/your child’s diagnosis.
