Please do not attend your appointment if you, your child or someone you live with has symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature and/or a new persistent cough) and are self-isolating. This means staying indoors and avoiding contact with other people including those in your own house.
Let your surgery know that your child can not attend for their appointment. Re-book for as soon as possible after self-isolation.
