Groups available include:
Beyond Blue – this group will support people experiencing anxiety, depression and stress in a safe therapeutic space. This group will use evidence-based strategies to improve wellbeing, including CBT techniques, creation of individual wellbeing plans, improving nervous system regulation, mindfulness and education about sleep using evidence.
Pain Support – this group will support people experiencing persistent pain, also recognising how pain impacts on individuals’ mental health.
Life After Trauma – this six-week group offers a mixture of acceptance and change regarding coping and learning strategies to stabilise symptoms of trauma, including mindfulness, controlling emotions, managing distress and assertiveness skills.
Resilience Support – a women only group for anyone feeling held back by anxiety, stress, depression and overthinking.
Strong Mind, Strong Body - this five-week group combines gentle exercises with calming breathwork and meditation.
The Dementia Hwb is located in Swansea's Quadrant Shopping Centre and provides information and signposts to support for those affected by dementia.
Run by registered charity Dementia Friendly Swansea, there are now also mobile hwbs available in the community with dates and times available on the website.

SortedSupported
SortedSupported provides information about mental health and wellbeing support available to adults in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
24/7 mental health support is now available over the phone in Swansea Bay. People living in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot who need urgent support with mental health issues can now call a team of mental health professionals for free, day or night.
Calling 111 and choosing option 2 puts callers in direct contact with a team of 20 mental health professionals based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
The service is available for anyone in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot with a mental health concern, including relatives who need advice.
Call 111 Option 2 is running 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering a triage service and support or signposting as appropriate.
Callers will be supported by fully trained clinicians working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including mental health nurses, psychological wellbeing practitioners and occupational therapists.

In-Work Support Service
The In-Work Support Service provides rapid access to tailored occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychological therapy services, designed to help employed or self-employed people return to work or manage a health condition in work due to a:

Education Programmes for Patients
Education Programmes for Patients (EPP) is part of the Living Well Service based in the Cimla Health and Social Care Centre. We are a range of health and social care professionals who can work with you to support your health and well-being, to help keep you safe and live independently in and around the community.
EPP provides a variety of free self-management courses for people living with any long-term health conditions or people in a caring role.
The courses support patients' skills to manage their long-term condition, fatigue, poor sleep, physical limitations, tense muscles, pain, stress, anxiety, anger, fear, frustration, depression and medication.

Swansea Carers Centre is a specialist voluntary organisation providing support to carers and former carers across Swansea.
It offers information, advice and support to make life easier for the carer and person they are looking after, and provides opportunities to meet other carers to share experiences and work together to make improvements.
