This will depend on your individual needs, activity status and how well you progress on the ward. Every patient will be provided with exercises which should be continued to be completed on discharge until full recovery. If an outpatient physiotherapy appointment is deemed appropriate, by your physiotherapist, you will receive ongoing physiotherapy and progression on exercises until your goals are achieved.
