Videos

The Facing the Challenge team has collaborated with some of the incredible parents we support to create a five-part educational series about supporting children with a Learning Disability.

In each episode, parents open up about the real challenges they’ve faced and share what’s helped them along the way. You’ll also hear from clinicians who explain things clearly and share simple, practical strategies to help children thrive and reach their full potential.

If you're a parent or carer and have concerns about your child's development, please speak with your Health Visitor or GP. They can assess your concerns and refer your child to specialist services if needed.

Feedback

Thank you for watching our video series designed to support parents and carers of children with a Learning Disability. As a service we are constantly trying to ensure we are providing families with the information they need. Your feedback helps us evaluate our resources, make necessary improvements and think about other information that will be helpful. This short survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please do not enter any identifiable data in your answers. We want to thank you for your time.

Go to our feedback form and take five minutes to help us shape and improve our resources.
