Introduction

On this page you will find information to support you if your child has received a diagnosis of Global Developmental Delay or learning disabilities.

Stepping Forwards

This is a patient information programme about Global Developmental Delay/learning disability including a toilet training workshop, behaviour management, sleep workshop and growing-up skills.

A team of specialist Child Disability Team (CDT) health visitors offer support for parents/carers of children from 0 to 19.

Your paediatrician may have previously referred your child for support. However, you can also self refer to the Child Disability Team health visitor service if your child has received a diagnosis of Global Developmental Delay or learning disability.

Contact the team at Cimla Hospital on 01639 862797.
