Calon is Swansea Bay UHB’s LGBT+ and Allies Staff Network and aims to create a safe space and a community for likeminded colleagues to come together. 

Calon is a celebration of LGBT+ diversity and looks to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues, working with the Health Board to build a more inclusive place for the benefit of our staff and patients.
