About Me
I am a consultant in emergency medicine with an interest in sports and exercise medicine.
I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2015 and I am an honorary lecturer at Cardiff University, teaching on the sports trauma module of the Emergency, Pre-Hospital and Immediate Care (EPiC) BSc.
I am also project supervisor for two EPiC students with a particular interest in concussion and acute sports trauma injuries.
I am also a member of the Home Countries Sports Institutes Female Athlete Health Group.
During the Covid pandemic I was involved in research with the Welsh Centre for Emergency Medicine Research and sit on the Morriston Emergency Department Research Group.
