Notice pursuant to s.28 of the above Act.

Swansea Bay University Health Board has received a final report from the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales following an investigation into a complaint concerning the care provided to a patient.

The Health Board has accepted the Ombudsman's findings and recommendations and is committed to implementing the actions identified within the report.
