This feedback was collected from patients who have completed a Pulmonary Rehabilitation course:
“(The team) make you feel at ease from the day you walk in, from the first day to the last.”
“When I finished having a shower and getting dried, dressed, I used to be puffing and panting. I’m still a tiny bit out of breath, but nowhere near as bad as it was before this.”
“You avoid situations because you were frightened… because you’d get so breathless, but now we’re not afraid to tackle it.”
“If somebody asked me about the course I would say do it, 100% do it. Don’t have any worries, just go down and do it!”
You said, we did…
You said: "It would have been better to be introduced to the other people on the course. You only got to know people because you made the effort to ask other people’s names."
We did: We’ve added a small introductions section on the first day during one of the talks so people, if they feel comfortable to do so, can share their name with the rest of the group.
