Patient forums and feedback

We encourage patients and families to engage with the service through participation with the patient forum. Each of the two localities, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, hold regular consultations with patient representatives and other agencies. If you are a regular hearing aid user and would like an opportunity to voice your opinion and work with the Audiology Department to develop patient services, please contact:
