Update from Chair of the Oversight Panel, Margaret Bowron KC:

I am now providing a further update on recent progress. Following the announcement of the remaining members of the Oversight Panel, we have started to capture views on the expanded draft Terms of Reference from parents and staff so that their views can be fully considered by the Oversight Panel before the Terms of Reference are finalised. Follow this link to read the expanded draft Terms of Reference.

I am very keen to capture further feedback so want to open up the communication with families and staff and I therefore announce that the period during which we will capture views on the Terms of Reference will now be extended.

Next week I will update you further concerning how we will work with families and staff to achieve this. In the meantime please do share your views either via the dedicated email address: Review.SwanseaBayUHB@bevanbrittan.com  or via the questionnaire prepared by Llais (the independent patient advocate body). Go here for the questionnaire.

We welcome correspondence and telephone calls in Welsh or English. Welsh language correspondence will be replied to in Welsh, and this will not lead to a delay. This page is available in Welsh by clicking ‘Cymraeg’ at the top right of this page.
