We have some very important information to share with you before you attend an appointment or visit one of our health board sites.

It is our main priority to make sure you have access to the care you need at all times but while COVID-19 continues to affect our communities, we all need to take extra steps to stop its spread.

We will keep you as safe as possible while you are visiting any of our healthcare premises but we ask that you follow the physical distancing (also known as 'social distancing') guidance we have put in place.

These new rules are in place to protect you, and our wonderful members of NHS staff who continue to work hard to keep Wales safe.

We thank you for your patience and understanding, and encourage you to share any feedback you have with our patient experience teams, or by sending us a message via our social media channels.
