Each section below provides information to help you manage your medicines at every stage of your journey – from waiting for your surgery or treatment, to the day itself, and what you can do in preparation for going home afterwards. You don’t need to do everything at once. Set yourself small goals and break tasks into manageable steps. But don’t put it off – starting now can make a big difference.
