Falling over is not an inevitable part of growing older. But do you ever think or worry about falling over? Do you ever feel unsteady on your feet?

If you’re worried about falling over the most important thing you can do is talk to someone. Talk to your GP surgery who will have links with your local Falls Clinic or services that can help you.

We can fall over at any age but as we get older, we’re more likely to get hurt. Check what you can do today to reduce your risk.
