The Swansea Bay Patient Portal - powered by Patients Know Best - is a secure on-line resource, offering you information at your fingertips, 24/7, via your smartphone, laptop or tablet.
If you are a gynaecology patient with Swansea Bay UHB and receiving care for menstruation, sexual health services like contraception or abortion , or receiving menopause care, you can access additional general information about your condition on the Swansea Bay Patient Portal, as well as your hospital appointment and clinic letters, and blood test results - sent directly to your phone.
Note: If you are already using the NHS Wales App, you can join the Swansea Bay Patient Portal via the app. Once you've done this, you can access the Portal seamlessly whenever you use the app.
