Birth Centre at Neath Port Talbot Hospital and Home Birth Service to resume: Update 10th September 2024

The midwife-led Birth Centre at Neath Port Talbot Hospital is re-opening on 16th September, after a three-year pause in service. Swansea Bay UHB is also re-introducing its Home Birth Service from 21st October.

If you are pregnant and would like to use the Neath Port Talbot Hospital Birth Centre, please remember to contact the centre on 01639 862103 prior to attending.

Home Birth Service

The Home Birth Service is being re-introduced from 21st October 2024.

If you want to discuss anything about your birth options, please contact your community team, the numbers for the teams should be on your maternity record or you can follow this link for contact details for each community midwife team.
