Sharing your concerns about Welsh Language Services

We want everyone who uses our services to feel listened to, respected, and treated as an individual. We are committed to meeting the Welsh Language Standards and ensuring that Welsh speakers receive an active offer of care in their language of need, as well as access to information through the medium of Welsh.

The Welsh Language Standards require us to treat Welsh and English equally. You can find out more about the Welsh Language Standards by following this link to our page.

If you feel we have not met our statutory duties, or if we have not taken proper account of your personal language needs, we would like to hear from you.

Your feedback is important. It helps us improve our services and ensures that Welsh speakers receive care and support in the language that meets their needs.

You may wish to contact us if you are concerned about:

  • The availability of our Welsh language services
  • How we have communicated with you
  • Whether your Welsh language needs were recognised and acted upon
  • Any situation where you believe we have not met our legal responsibilities

Please tell us if you have any concerns. Raising a concern will not negatively affect the care or service you receive.

Rydym yn croesawu gohebiaeth a galwadau ffôn yn y Gymraeg neu'r Saesneg. Atebir gohebiaeth Gymraeg yn y Gymraeg, ac ni fydd hyn yn arwain at oedi. Mae’r dudalen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg drwy bwyso’r botwm ar y dde ar frig y dudalen.

We welcome correspondence and telephone calls in Welsh or English. Welsh language correspondence will be replied to in Welsh, and this will not lead to a delay. This page is available in Welsh by clicking ‘Cymraeg’ at the top right of this page.
