What is Contact Tracing?
Who will be doing the contact tracing?
What will the information gathered through contact tracing be used for?
What will the tracing team ask people who have received a positive test result?
I've tested positive - whose details do I have to provide?
What will happen once I've provided contact details for tracing?
What if I don't want to provide my details, or details about people I have had close contact with?
I have been asked to self-isolate but do not have any support to do this – is there any help available?
Should I be worried about scams?
If I have been in contact with someone who has been infected, what will the tracing team ask me?
If I am told to self-isolate, what about the other people in my household?
How do I download the NHS Covid-19 app on my phone?
