Ensuring required levels of training in relation to IRIS-i are achieved and appropriate referrals are made. GP based Women’s Refuge Service providing initial appointments for women and children fleeing domestic abuse. Commence delivery of Primary and Community Services joint RPB Carers Plan for improving Carers' early identification; signposting; and support across agreed service areas of each Local Cluster Collaborative. Develop Healthy Lifestyle & Behaviours via provision of Health & Wellbeing Events, social media communications and Penderi Cluster Website. Continued investment in Cluster Pharmacist role.
