The Dementia Hwb is a one-stop information centre anchored in the heart of the community for all things dementia related.
There are permanent bases in Swansea's Quadrant Shopping Centre between 11am and 3pm, 7 days a week and Aberafan Shopping Centre Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm.
The Dementia Hwb offers information about dementia and signposting to appropriate support.
It has introduced mobile hwbs across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, with sessions held in a variety of places.
Call 111 press option 2
24/7 mental health support is now available over the phone in Swansea Bay. People living in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot who need urgent support with mental health issues can now call a team of mental health professionals for free, day or night.
Calling 111 and choosing option 2 puts callers in direct contact with a team of 20 mental health professionals based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
The service is available for anyone in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot with a mental health concern, including relatives who need advice.
Call 111 Option 2 is running 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering a triage service and support or signposting as appropriate.
Callers will be supported by fully trained clinicians working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including mental health nurses, psychological wellbeing practitioners and occupational therapists.

Neath Port Talbot Carers Service was launched in April 2009 to support the unsung heroes who care for loved ones unable to look after themselves.
Not everyone who does this thinks of themselves as a carer, but caring responsibilities make huge demands on their lives. Our aim is to help unpaid carers recognise their caring role and to provide carers aged 18+ in Neath Port Talbot with advice, information and support.
Care & Repair Western Bay's mission is to ensure that all older people are supported to live in a safe, warm and secure home as independently as possible for as long as possible.
