Continued development of cluster led Primary Care Mental Health model. Social prescribing - Sign post patients with low level mental health and social issues to non-clinical services. Third Sector provision - Commissioning of a varied range of emotional and wellbeing services in the Cluster including for Children and Young People including Psychological Therapies. Training professionals for Dementia & Autism. Community Psychologist Investment.
