  • Policies and procedures relating to the conduct of business and the provision of services, human resources and recruitment and employment
    • The Health Board has a large number of policies relating to human resources, conduct of business, etc. Further details can be obtained on request from the Board Secretary at Swansea Bay Headquarters on (01639) 683323. 
  • Complaints and other customer services policies and procedures
    • There is a section on the website under Complaints and Concerns on how to make a complaint, a comment or compliment. Policies to be published shortly.
  • Estate Management
    • Future Plans and Developments can be found in the 'News' Section of the website.
  • Charging Regimes
    • The majority of information can be downloaded free of charge from the Health Board’s website.  Information will be provided in alternative formats on request in order to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
    • However, requests for multiple printouts, for archived copies of documents which are no longer accessible or available on the website or for documents in other mediums (e.g. CD Rom) may attract a charge to cover the production and postage.  The Health Board will advise you of the cost and charges to be paid in advance.
